I had ordered a dominos deluxe veggie pizza and it was placed at *:** am and I was given ** minutes delivery guarantee printed on the bill. After order was placed, I received a call from store asserting that order shall be delivered within an hour. I waited for about * hr ** min and the order wasn't delivered. Then I contacted back the store and an individual from the store responded that the delivery guy isn't there, so order can't be delivered.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
