Bay Chic - Package not delivered on time

I ordered the “simple dress” since March **, and said it will finish within ** days,,at first they responds nicely to my text,, they keep on saying that it will shipped on this day, but then nothing,, again and again they keep on promises,,suddenly they are not replying to my text ,,even not answering my call,, I paid them coz i though Its a trusted online coz they catered internationally, I never knew that they will do this to their costumer. More than * mons already and Until now I’m still struggling to my purchase!!
