I am a NRI. I have placed an order for a saree in bay Chic ( Mumbai - **********) on **.**.****. Before making the order, they have confirmed, that the saree is readily available and it will delivered to Middle east on **.**.****. I have received the reply from them, they have received the damaged saree and finally they said, they will deliver the saree by **.**.****. They are not responding for any kind of calls and they have not returned my amount also. I was really spent too much time without getting any calls. In face book, it seems people comments that they are Fraud, but am not sure. Its hectic and i wasted lot of time with this seller. For your reference, i have attached the money transaction history.
