Flipkart - Package not delivered on delivery day and order cancelled

I ordered treadmill from flipkart on July **th paid them ****/- and waited for delivery on the day of delivery they cancelled my order and gave me different different excuses and I raised the complaint in the app and on twitter too now they are asking me to buy same product at much higher price as a fresh order and same product is now priced at *****/-
