My wife order a saree (Rs ****-/-)from craftsvilla mobile app on ** Nov ****. Order no is ********* and expected delivery was ** Nov ****. We waited till ** Nov **** and then started calling their customer care no. +************. Everytime we call they used to say pls wait for few more days. Now it's almost a month yesterday when called and asked for refund they have sent the request to higher management and yet to receive feedback from them. They are not ready to give the product nor they are ready to give back the money. They are just cheating by saying pls wait.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
