snigdha bhagat filed complaint against Craftsvilla Online Ethnic Shopping on May 18, 2018
I had ordered from craftsvilla on April **,****.I had put the return request on April **,****.After calling the customer care for over * times my return request was processed on *th May ****.I was allocated people to pickup my shipment for over * times and no one came to pickup the shipment.Further I had called up the customer care to let me know of the refund after it had been returned they said it would be done in *-* working days.It has been * days after that and nothing has been processed.Today when I call customer care they tell me they dont have my bank details.This incident is really horrific for a customer.And in the same duration I have received a call from a fake number saying I had won some lottery as I had shopped from craftsvilla. I have a big doubt on the data privacy maintained by the team.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
