Aburvaa Ramesh filed complaint against Instagram seller on May 20, 2019
I purchased a jewellery item through this Instagram business account - velvet_brooch on May *th, **** for ₹***. The seller (Sivagami from Chennai) promised that the item would be delivered in *-* days and that she would send the shipment id by EOD. I did not receive any information from her for almost *-* days. I tried contacting her through all means. She either doesn't reply or says that she would send the shipment ID soon. Yesterday, when I sent a message saying that I'm reporting her account, she told me that she would pay me back. But as usual no response after that.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
