The service provided by FTH was horrible and entire order or parts of orders were repeatedly missing, over the course of multiple deliveries. Moreover, the delivery person was rude and once tried to force me to accept stale dairy products. No longer wishing to continue the service, I have repeatedly requested for the refund of money from the FTH wallet. My repeated request were ignored and complaints are closed without any due process or my consent.
