Flipkart - Package not delivered no refund

I had ordered a Mac book pro on ** Rd , and delivery was ** th ** am... As the product did not reach I was scared and checked with them . They say vendor has not yet approved your order still on ** th. They raised a complaint to resolve in ** hrs. After ** hrs when I call then they say they will raise again and response by ** st July. I asked to return my money as I need a laptop quickly and can buy from near by store or Amazon. They are not having refund option now. Lazy customer care support team who is not interested to resolve the issue. They are saying internal team will check and I have to call them next day to ask what happen. Same story. No money , no product. These type of companies should be rejected by consumers that's when they work professionally.
