I ordered shoes from PUMA website on **th August, the order is stuck in processing shipment since **th August. It was an amount of ****. Neither the order status was updated, nor the refund was credited. I have done multiple escalations over call and mail but of no use. Nobody is providing any resolution, they just promise a call back but no call back is done. I need help here. Please file a complaint against PUMA.
