Shopype com - Package not delivered Money lost

I ordered a phone named "Redmi Note Pro *" on www.shopype.com on *th Nov ****, *:** PM. Amount : Rs ***** and paid using my friend's Phonepe account.
The product was supposed to be deliver by *-* days. But on ** Nov, the company website and customer care stops working. I lost my money.
I saw more complaints on www.consumercomplaints.in and I think there are more than thousand people suffered from the scam and the amount is in crores. While searching about the complaints, i also came through similar incident happened in June **** and found numerous complaints against www.shopyaro.com.

Kindly look into the matter as i suspect both of the websites were run by the same people and Please help us in getting the justice so that the criminals are caught..
