I have an order vide ID ****.payment done via upi on ** oct ****.they confirmed the payment.but till today they are not given any despatch details.after so many phone calls they told that money will be refunded but today the site is down and the phone is not getting connected.toll free number ***********.on **nd Nov they told me that item despatched but after so many intervention they told that payment will be refunded
