I've ordered on **th on October ****, it been ** months , I ordered alot of clothes worth rupees **** then after * months they only * T-shirt worth of *** rs and nothing else , when I asked them about the problem , firstly they didn't even try to help me they just ignore my messages on instagram , my emails then after a awhile they get back to me saying that the product I've order is not available so I asked for different products for the same amount which was left. That's it no package till now, no message or refund till now. And also no tracking ID were provided.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
