Autoglam.in - Package not delivered fraud

I had on ** April **** placed an order for tail lamp assembly for my Ford Endeavour. The price of the product was INR. *****/- as listed by autoglam.in on their website. Since this was by first time shopping on autoglam.in, I preferred the cash on delivery option. However, this option required me to pay at least **% of the price upfront. With no other option that suited my requirement, I went ahead and paid an amount of INR **** through my credit card.

Now, after having the amount, I had expected autoglam.in to deliver the product within a few days, at which point the remaining amount would have been paid.

Post placing the order, I got no response from autoglam.in and this continued for a few weeks while I constantly followed up with them for a commitment on delivery. On ** June **** I got an invoice from them for the product and was promised delivery in the next few days.

Again, I did not realise that these were empty promises that they were making and I continued to follow up with them in the hope that they honour their promises.

I have now reached a stage where I'm convinced that autoglam.in is a fraudster and has treated other customers in similar fashion. Having such fraudsters still operate in the market creates an environment of commercial distrust and is never good for consumer confidence.

I will raise my concerns in other forums and also initiate criminal proceedings. I have attached the invoice issued by autoglam.in and also have Whatsapp correspondence with me that will substantiate my case further.

I will purpose this case till my grievance is addressed and also intend to create awareness about the practices of this seller so that others dont fall prey to such unlawful and unethical sellers in the future.
