I have placed an order for headlights, taillights and a front lip for my car through a sales representative of autoglam.in through their whatsapp support number **********. The trial price agreed was for Rs. ***** with Rs. ***** paid as an advance and rest COD. Advance war paid through a payment gateway link shared in the WhatsApp chat. This was done on **/**/****. From then onwards, they keep saying that order will be sent soon but it was never done. I have raised an NCH grievance# ******* for which there was no response. I want to proceed with legal complaint to get my refund
