Prafulla filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 17, 2018
I had booked Acer predator helios ***, on **- March, it was on sale for **k. It was supposed to be delivered on **th March, but it didn't. Then, when i checked it in order status, it was not delivered due to damaged shipment, it said "We are sorry for the delay in delivery. Please bear with us while we are trying to deliver your order at the earliest". Then i called flipkart and enquired, they asked me to cancel and reorder, now it's priced at *, **, *** which is **k higher. What will happen next, I am not ready to cancel my order at any cost, I am not ready to pay **k more, its not my fault, let the seller send a new piece. I have seen the same problem with many others, so is this a scam by Flipkart?? I'll wait for next few days, if they cancel my order and refund my money, Beware I will raise this to Consumer Court.
PS: I paid half amount through gift card, and the remaining through EMI.
