Zoollu com - Package not delivered for pre paid orders

I ordered from zoollu.com on **th september **** and purchased * products but the product is not yet delivered and neither the customer care phone number is reachable. Whatsapp messages were delivered before placing the order to know about the company but later when I asked about the Delivery date, they did not reply and now my number seems to be blocked as my messages are not delivered. There is no other source where I can file a complaint to get my refund back
