Zoollu com - Package not delivered

I placed my order on the **th September after seeing their Instagram ad. I spoke to the consumer service on whatsapp asking about the return policy and after that I placed my order. After I was done placing my order, the so called customer support stopped responding to my messages, after which I mailed them too. I seriously believe that the company is a scam Ecommerce website.
