I ordered my product through an instafram store and it was a cod. So when my product came i paid ****. Whereas the actual product of mine was for ****. *** rupees extra was charged for can can. I wanted the can can that's why i was ready to pay ***. But in that package i didn't receive the can can. I tried to contact the seller and he/she informed that the can can was in another courier. It's been long since that day that i didn't receive my product. That seller isn't replying me in whatsapp or instagram direct although he's seeing my texts. I just want the can can or my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
