We contacted company known as drapematic as on the instagram profile now they have changed it to posaakh with the numbers ********** and also drapematic **********. We liked what they were showing and contacted them on whats app. They agreed to send and quoted the price to which we agreed. We received the product via fedex and it was very substandard work, not even a half finished product. Now when i asked i want an exchange i was given a few options and since then there is no responce. There was not invoice and the invoice on the shipping says GST *% to my surprise. I feel the entire effort of purchsing was a wast of time money and now i have to invest more on a dress that can be worn.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
