Pepperfry.com - Package not delivered even after reaching destination.

Never buy from pepperfry. They seem to have a policy of delivering atleast * month after your purchase. It has been almost * month still the order has not been delivered. Orders - ********* and *********.
On contacting the customer care - they tell me their logistics team will deliver first come first serve basis only. So unprofessional!
