Xpress bees courier service - Package not delivered even after reaching destination hub XpressBees Tracking ID

I placed a prepaid order worth ₹****, which was shipped via XpressBees Courier Service under Tracking ID ***************.
According to the official tracking information, the shipment reached the Haldwani destination hub on ** October **** at **:** AM. However, as of ** October ****, the package has not been marked "Out for Delivery" and has not been delivered to me.
The estimated delivery date was ** October ****, *:** PM, which has now passed without any update or valid reason for delay. I have repeatedly contacted customercare@xpressbees.com
and grievance@xpressbees.com
, and later escalated the matter to ombud@xpressbees.com
, but have received no response or resolution from XpressBees.
This delay and lack of communication constitute a clear deficiency in service and violation of the Consumer Protection Act, **** and E-Commerce Rules, ****.
I request Voxya to kindly intervene and direct XpressBees to:
Ensure immediate delivery of my shipment without further delay, or issue a full refund of ₹****.
Provide appropriate compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and poor service caused by this delay.
