Product delay for * days
I am writing to express my concern regarding the non-delivery of my parcel, which was received at Xpress bees hub on **th August ****. As of today, **rd August ****, it has been over ** days, and I have yet to receive any update or delivery. Here are the parcel details for your reference: Tracking ID / AWB Number: **************

This delay is extremely disappointing. While a *–* day delay can be understandable, this extended delay with no communication or update is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and delivery, especially after the parcel has reached the facility. This is In transit to my nearest facility on **th of August, then again move back to the main hub this is not acceptable. Whenever call your customer support executive they said please wait for * to * days every time their * to * days never over. They said they are highlighting the issue on priority basis but still I didn't get neither any resolution nor any delivery.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
