Beutifyyourself - Package not delivered even after paying in advance

I ordered from this site named www.beautifyourself.co.in and i found this page on instagram. I saw many customer reviews and customer diaries so i thought maybe it's worth trusting and worth spending my money on. It's been more than ** days and they haven't send me a single message regarding my order. They won't respond to my calls, texts on whatsapp or on instagram. Won't gimme the tracking link either even though it has been mentioned in the one and only email that they send me that they would provide me with a tracking link...the email was about my order being confirmed and after that i haven't been notified about my order yet. Please help me get my money back! Thankyou so muc
