Beutifyyourself - Order not delivered

I have placed the order from beautify yourself on *th Jan but I did not recived the package yet after contacting them on mails they said the items are not available then I have checked on their site same items are still avilable which i have orderd but they asked me to replace it , after that I searched on youtube and found that BEAUTIFY YOURSLEF is totally fruad and scam they steal money from people and never deliver their products nor refund , from *th Jan I still do not recived my order or refund I want my money back that was the money that I saved it from my salary but they stolen it, How bad they are ? How much money they made by this, all over India all the girls placed many orders and did not received it, I am finding a platform where I can file a complain against them . Why instagram is not removing their page from insta even after so many account restrict requst against them. very very very baddddd
