I had ordered a product worth ₹*,***.** from Vle Bazaar on February **, ****. However, even after one month, I have not received my order. I have tried multiple times to contact their customer support through emails and calls, but I have not received any response from their side.
This delay has caused mental stress and financial loss as my money is stuck, and I am unable to use the product I paid for. I request immediate action for either:
A full refund of ₹*,***.**
Immediate delivery of my order
If my issue is not resolved, I will have to escalate this further with consumer protection authorities.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
