Flipkart - Package Not delivered even after 13 Days

I ordered Asus zenfone M*Pro mobile at *****Rs from credit card on **July ****.At the time of ordering,expected delivery date was showing **th July.Also I have Flipkart First subscription service of ***rs. It means it should be given more preference then other customers.Still today I didn't got any update on this.I raised so many complaints to get status.But every time they are giving different excuses.Even now, they are not telling me exact date for delivery.
I already waited for long time.Now I want to take some strict action.Kindly suggest me the way to reach consumer court.
