Dear Vijay Sales Team,
I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding my order ********** for Nothing Phone *a Pro *G, delivered on **st March **** via Blue Dart.
Upon opening the package, I found that the box was completely empty. I have recorded a complete unboxing video as evidence, clearly showing that no product was inside the sealed package.
Additionally, I would like to highlight a major security concern — the package had product details, brand name, and price visibly printed on the outer packaging, which creates a high risk of theft or tampering during transit. This is a clear lapse in safe packaging practices.
This constitutes a case of deficiency in service and possible theft during transit, for which both the seller and logistics partner are responsible.
I request the following:
*. Full refund of ₹**,*** within ** days, OR
*. Immediate replacement of the product
If this issue is not resolved within the above timeframe, I will be compelled to:
- File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
- Initiate proceedings in the Consumer Court
- Escalate the matter legally against Vijay Sales and the courier partner
Please treat this matter as urgent.
