AVN Kumar filed complaint against shipdelight on Jul 20, 2021
My courier item purchased on : **th july from Asics has been shipped through ecom courier service and the AWB : **********. its reached the destination location Hyderabad on **th july , we are today at **th july , till date its hasnt been delivered to me at my door step address. the courier boy who is supposed to deliver is least bothered to call and deliver it , despite the fact that i have escalated to their supervisor. this is a very worst and pathetic customer experience. I demand for a strict action against this company and delivery boy. they dont even know the value of customer service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
