Meesho - Package not delivered delayed

I had placed the order on *th June and its been ** days and i still haven't got my product delivered.
The expected delivery date was **th June and the last update in order tracking shows on **th June that the product is in Hyderabad which is where i live, The product is in my city since **th June and still they're not delivering my order and there's no update since then,
I already have raised a complaint with Meesho on **th June and as they have advised me to wait for *-* days to get a update i waited for * days and still there's no update yet.
I spoke to customer service multiple times but there's no help they keep saying the same thing that the relevant team will respond soon.
They're not delivering my product nor cancelling my order.

I either want my product to be delivered or i want them to cancel my order and refund my amount.
