myntra - Package not delivered Customer support is clueless

I had made a purchase of * products in myntra app on **-May-**** and delivery was done for * of the products. The *'th product was to be delivered on *'th but has not been delivered till date (**-June). I had preferred a complaint with their customer service on **-June and they had recommended they will need ** hours. Subsequent to ** hours, I reached out to them again and they indicated that they need ** more hours, so even that I obliged, and then reached out to them again on **'th of june and still they dont have a track of the package. I again reached out to them on **'th and they indicated they wanted ** more hours to track and trace. Seems like their entire Supply chain mechanism from track and track is totally broken down or their folks dont make any updates on the system and no one has a clue or no one is bothered. I dont know if i will receive my package but i intend to let the delivery guy know that i will not need the package "incase they detect where the package is". Atrocious customer service.
