I have ordered one Micro Pliers titanium Coated * in * Tool Kit from insasta.com as a guest user, Payment is done successfully and amount is deducted from my account, but there is no confirmation email send to me by insasta.con. There is only one email came from insasta.com that my product has received to them and will processed once payment is confirmed . But after so many days i didn't get any email from insasta .com that payment is successful and your order is shipped .
I also try to contact with customer care but they never respond to me. Please help me I want my package or money back.
I am inclosing screen shot of there email and screen shot of msg when amount of *** rupees deduct from my bank account . Sir please please help me
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
