BlueDart courier - Package not delivered but status showing as delivered

I had actually booked Paytm QR code for my dad startup. It is showing it as delivered. But i have not received the order yet. I'm mentally disturbed,where the order has gone to.. I was expecting today. I dint get a phone call either.
