My bank SBI chose bluedart courier service for delivering me credit card due to expire in September. Initially the I received a sms from bluedart stating Your order from SBI Card is dispatched through Blue Dart Awb# *********** will be delivered by **-JUL-**.Track us on https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/RKNgbmq*. I stay in an Army Cantonment in Prayagraj. I have been receiving deliveries from DTDC, Zomato, Amazon, etc regularly. But the shocking part was the way bluedart handled the delivery. Firstly, they don’t provide mobile/contact no. of their delivery person who is incharge of delivery. Secondly, even if as a customer you have provided your mob number, they don’t care to call. Thirdly, their customer support service is fully automated and will only provided you the status update and not resolve your query. I received the following messages from bluedart regarding:-
*. **th July **** - ARRIVING: Blue Dart will deliver your shipment TODAY. Field Executive will request KYC as per Shipper instructions. Track:https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/*vBp*wl*.
*. **th July **** - BlueDart tried to deliver Shpt#*********** from SBI Card. Choose slot {VAR} MON-SAT. SMS D A or D B with date after **H to *****
*. **th July **** - ARRIVING: Blue Dart will deliver your shipment TODAY. Field Executive will request KYC as per Shipper instructions. Track:https://acl.cc/BLUDRT/gAKEX*y*
*. Status update as reflected on their app on **th and **th July was “prohibited area, delivery restricted”. No attempt was made to even contact me. I am pretty sure that they didn’t attempt any delivery.
Finally today i. e. **nd July , I received the message from bluedart conveying “Your SBI Card dispatched through BlueDart AWB#*********** has returned undelivered. Please contact SBI Card for any clarifications”.
I don’t know what kind of country are we living in where basic responsibilities are conveniently shrugged off making a fool of the customer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
