I ordered two items. Vide order no ******** on **.*.** for Rs. ***.** and order no. ******** on **.*.** for Rs.****.**
First item shown as not available as such availability not confirmed. The second item with an expected date of delivery **.*.** despatched with tracking no. aljcd**********yq and the last tracking confirmed by banggod was Shenzhen **.*.**. Thereafter no details were provided. Today banggood shown the same as delivered although I even don't know where the item is at present. This clearly shows that banggood is not going to deliver the items. Kindly help me to get my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
