Boat - Package not delivered but marked as product delivered

Im a customer from Bangalore,I had ordered Boat Airdopes *** (black) from official website on * October and was wet to deliver on ** th of October. But product was delivered but i received a mail stating that product has been delivered. Immediately I reached out to boat through mail and call & they assured it will sorted in *-* days. Till date as of **th October i have received ** mails from boat saying they are yet to resolve the issue and seek **-** hours every alternate day. I have atleast called **-** times and spoke to their agents atleast **-** minutes avg. But they haven't still resolved the issue not they are refunding me back or delivering my order. They just keep on harrassing me on daily basis. Im fed up their service.
