Dunzo at Chennai - Package not delivered but marked as delivered

I made a booking through Dunzo at Chennai. The partner told me he won't be able to deliver the order and will arrange for other delivery partner and that too when I called him he told me the above. After few minutes when I called him again he used abusive language and the status of my order was marked as delivered which remains undelivered till date. I was charged Rs *** without providing service and the Dunzo partner Udaykumar misguided and abused me. Strict action should be taken against Mr Uday kumar.
