Dunzo at Chennai - Items not picked and demanding for otp dor delivery

Dear Support Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with dunzo delivery partners.
On **th oct **** I placed an order for gift box. However, the delivery partner failed to pick up my items and, instead, insisted on receiving the OTP meant for delivery confirmation, which I found highly unusual and concerning.
This kind of behavior is unprofessional and raises concerns about the security and integrity of the service. I kindly request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the delivery partner to prevent such incidents in the future.
Please respond at your earliest convenience with an update on how this matter will be resolved.
