I have ordered total ** items on diwali sale from nykaa beauty. My order got split into * parts. I received my * parcels but one is still left which contains ** items.
Order Id - NYK-*********-*******. In my app it is showing it is delivered on next day after placing order i.e ** Oct,** on sunday. Delivery address was of my office which was closed on sunday. I have not received any call from delivery boy. I checked with you delivery partner Dependo, as per him the packed got retuned back to nykaa on * Nov. I have spoken to customer care many times, even i have written many emails also but no revert now my money is also stuck and nor i m getting my parcel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
