I ordered a washingmachine ,my home at *rd floor but delivery boy denied not delivered a product at third floor. Now i am talking with customer care they have no solution of same problem. I told them i will tale *rd floor, if they get damaged then who will be responsible then they have no solution for that . Now i cant do cancel the product and not take a risk for a *rd floor.customer care also talk rudly. I think Paytm is very worst company in online shopping market. In future i will never order from paytm
