Hi team i just purchased one laptop from Amazon.in received on *th July on product description & pictures it shows **.* inch laptop with numeric keyboard but i have received only ** inch laptop without numeric keyboard, i tried to call them and sent complain email to them but they are denying and saying they will not change product and will not be able to give refund for this i have attached email communication with order receipt, invoice copy, current status on website shows also **.* inch, please help me for this
