i ordered * mi mix from them on * Oct ****, and they promise me that they would deliver it before ** November. they never delivered the products and gave me tracking number which shows that it is going to Belgium by Bpost International, while i am from India and my shipping address is also of India. now they blocked my account and says that they will not unlock my account. now i cannot raise a complaint to concern team about this as i could not follow the complaint procedure as my account is not working. I also tried to raise the complaint by email and i only received system generated email and nothing else, i got all the proof of this even, kindly help me in getting my money back from these fraud people.
