Deep Nagda filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 21, 2020
I have ordered the product Butterfly Rapid * Jar *** watts *** W Juicer Mixer Grinder in sale on *nd of july with the discounted price of INR **** Rs. It was to be delivered on *th of july then they delayed the date of delivery as *th of July and again they delayed date of delivery to **th of july(No any reasons provided) and on **th of july they contacted me and said it is delaying due to containment zone and government policies and flipkart care told me you can place a cancellation request and get you amount refunded. Then I have said them I'm ready to wait till lockdown gets over so that I can get the product because I was in need of that product But on **st of july the seller cancelled the product and processed the refund amount without my concern and provided reason because the product was damaged in transit. And now flipkart customer care is saying you can reorder it now but the price is now increased and it's available at INR **** Rs.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
