FLIPCART INDIA - package not delivered and refund pending

I have ordered in march **** and till now the package is not delivered, after connecting to support staff they told me the order is unable to deliver as it is not available. so i told them to refund my money . . till now its been * months these support persons are just making fool of people every time they gives new date and matter pending at the same stage . no action has been took yet on my multiple complaints.
