FLIPCART INDIA - Damaged product received Dead on Arrival

Dear sir
I have purchased MarQ By Flipkart *.* Ton * Star Split Dual Inverter vide
order no OD****************** which is under brand warranty.
Product supplied with no external damaged on box but it was reported
damaged in internal unit at the time of installation by Jeeves technician
and replacement registered by the technician, but regret to inform you that
my problem still not resolved . My brand warranty for replacement end on **
th October ****, but because of some error on your return request page I am
not able to registered it. I have also raised complaint vide ticket
ID IN********************, but inspite of repeated reminders, no one bother
to solve the issue.
kindly replace damaged product immediately.
