R SAINITYA filed complaint against Rust Orange on Dec 21, 2017
I ordered a sari on November * ****. My order number is #******. I paid a sum of ****. Weeks passed by and the product was not delivered and they gave lame excuses. More than a month passed by and I still did not receive my product and they do not respond to my emails at all. The company has apparently cheated a lot of people, this I concurred upon seeing a lot of complaints on the internet. They provide no contact number, tracking details or a proper address. The sum paid is huge. Kindly help.
