Lavish Naidu filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 5, 2020
Order placed on **th if october and was never shipped.Order cancelled on **st of october without my consent.
Now when I ask for refund they tell me that they are waiting for order to return to warehouse though they have already accepted that it was never shipped,it been ** days until I placed the order and * days until it was cancelled by them,I did'nt recieve phone,my refund is not even initiated.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
