I had order a home product from flipkart which was expected to deliver on **th July.. But the delivery agent made false notification saying person not found when delivery attempted. I didn't get any sms regarding the delivery. When I contacted customer service, I was given another fake promises saying it'll be delivered in next ** hours. I contacted the delivery agent through courier service and found that the package was damaged from their end and they didn't want to deliver it. So I canceled the order. As flipkart promised refund within ** hours, this is also not fulfilled. Again I contacted customer care, they are misleading me saying until the seller recieve the returned product, the refund will not be initiated. Its been * days since I canceled my product, the delivery agent has not picked up the product from the warehouse to return it back. Im finding guilty to choose flipkart for buy product.
