KAFF - Need refund

I purchased sink from kaff appliances store, they delivered wrong sink after that no will come to my home to recieve, i delivered it my own self to shop. After that i wait for nxt * week to deliver my sink but no luck after that i raised request to refund the amount but now its * week, no refund till now..
