I saw an ad on Instagram of Mivi buy * get * combo offer and I ordered an earbuds and speaker (Duopods M** + speaker ) combo worth rupees ****/- after all discounts it costed me ****.**/- it’s a prepaid order, I already paid full amount through phone pay. Order placed on **/**/**** and it was delivered through blue dart courier, it showed estimated delivery by *th September and the tracking update was stuck on *st September, till now there is no update regarding my order, I wrote so many mails they are not replying correctly and in WhatsApp also after so many Atte I talked once with their customer support than they are not picking up my call. I’m frustrated with their service and by sending mails that’s why I don’t want their speaker and earbuds I just want my refund
